Celebration with Chickens 2002
Seattle-based Baum spent much of her career as an educator at a science museum. She says: “I have always been a big fan of chickens. Until I was forbidden to do so, I presented many public demonstrations using our two in-house chickens, Betty and Wilma. These rubber chickens were created by friends and family at my birthday party. Perhaps the chickens will enjoy an image that includes them, or perhaps the goats will like it.”
